On the way to Santa Eulària, you should pull over and discover the turquoise wooden façade of the Sal de Ibiza store. For friends at home you will find T-shirts – for kids as well – and handmade bags, but most important of all is the flor de sal, the hand-harvested sea salt. If you like it exotic there is the spicy Cajun, the ginger lime salt or the sea salt with hibiscus. All ingredients are purely natural and the manufacturing process is traditional: the salt is dried in the sun and ground in ancient stone mills.
