The entrance impresses with bamboo illuminated in neon green, and the park service is as easy as those in luxury hotels. Alongside sushi and curries, the specialities of this culinary temple include dishes like the Tiradito Nikkei – tuna marinated in lime, miso paste and yellow chilli – and salmon with guacamole and mandarin sorbet. Also recommended is the Ibizan chicken cooked for twelve hours. At the bar things are similarly interesting: an in-house creation is the Bambuddha Bison with Żubrówka bison grass vodka, Licor 43, mint, apple juice and peach syrup.
