The “Stone House” is located on a country road and looks rather nondescript. But at the back of the restaurant, a terrace awaits with beautifully set tables under olive and orange trees, surrounded by grapevines and fig trees with paper lanterns. The charcoal-burning stove is the pride of the kitchen, in which rustic tenderloin, hake and vegetables are simmered at 400 degrees. A Vietnamese chef garnishes the traditional dishes with exotic floral veggie decorations.
