Art collector and restaurateur Rainer Fichel opened this branch of the similarly-named restaurant in Hamburg 15 years ago. It is still a popular meeting place for the “Hamburg Hill” today, as the smart German residential area in Santanyí is called. The famous schnitzel still tastes outstanding; apart from that, the cuisine is Mediterranean. Large-format art creates an iconic ambience: The “Junge Wilde” (Wild Youth) on the walls enhance the sleek décor.
