In the small coastal town of Ses Salines in the extreme South is this historic “Bodeag”, or winery, which has been an insider tip for decades. Here you’ll find the freshest food, which was still swimming in the sea in the morning. This simple restaurant is now run by its third generation of owners, Manolo and his son Juan. Ham hangs from the ceiling and the walls are covered with thousands of photos of celebrity guests. You may even find the Crown Prince and his princess Letizia sitting at the next table.
