The Flor de Sal d’Es Trenc has become de rigueur among global gourmet shops. The hand-harvested Flor de Sal, literally “salt flower”, is one of Mallorca’s most successful products. Anyone interested in the traditional method of salt extraction in Mallorca can join a tour through the salt flats directly from the production site.
