Thick walls that once gave protection from invaders now give privacy to the guests of one of Majorca’s premier luxury resorts. Local architect Antonio Obrador converted the abandoned property with its fantastic view of the Bay of Palma to a spectacular hotel in less than four years, without altering the original character of this former military fortification. The spacious sandstone complex is located in the midst of a nature reserve and has 25 rooms and suites decorated in exquisite Majorcan style.
