The Bistro is the affordable and unpretentious version of the legendary, now-closed Michelin star restaurant Tristán. Here, in a significantly more informal atmosphere, you can indulge in the Mallorcan-Mediterranean creations from Gerhard Schwaiger, and have the time to watch the world go by – the restaurant is located in the exclusive Puerto Portals marina, directly on the promenade. But this is hardly a picturesque fishing village – the hustle and bustle of the port is reminiscent of an upscale shopping district in an elegant metropolis.
