You will find true happiness at the “Zero Degree” because Benvenuto and Monica make ice cream from Italian pistachios and almonds, wild berries and other fresh and where possible local organic fruits. The fruit content is so high that the ice cream is barely solid. The dark chocolate that makes you so happy is stirred by hand and does not contain a drop of cream or milk. Fruit salad and savoury crêpes are only a real alternative after the fifth portion of ice cream.
