A night at the Gourmet Grill is not one that is easily forgotten. The menu highlights fresh seafood from around the island alongside dishes like foie gras, a number of vegetarian items, steaks, and burgers. Guests dine either alfresco in the casual garden area or in the open-air dining room. The superlative island-bar, The Banana, is adjacent to the restaurant and tantalizes with fruity cocktails. There is live music from various bands and DJs seven nights a week—don’t plan on hitting the hay too early after an evening spent here!
