The walls of the Dalt Vila are still warm by sunset, a perfect time to relax on the terrace and just enjoy the views. Traditional dishes such as braised lamb with apple and mint, roasted suckling pig in port wine sauce and cod with tomato confit and wasabi aioli are so finely done that three courses are hardly enough. At the end, be sure to let one of the charming waiters recommend a dessert and a digestif, the perfect end to the meal.
