Croissant-Show’s owner André has a remarkable resemblance to Salvador Dalí. It’s no surprise, then, that there is always something more to his café than French pastries. Party-goers meet with early birds for a freshly-brewed cuppa, homemade croissants, pain au chocolat and quiche lorraine as early as eight o’clock, whilst housewives stop in for a café con leche on their way to the market. Elderly gents are likely to be seen ordering a cigaló with a shot of liqueur as early as half-eight. To each his own…
