Parched travelers can quench their thirst with a regular brew or one of the monthly specials (they invent a new beer every month) in an industrial-style space. New Zealand and American hops as well as German special malts make up part of the mix of raw material imports, but as to the trade secret of this Mauritian-European fusion restaurant, well, that’s not going to be exported anytime soon.
