Located on the Poste de Flacq peninsula, this classic place of luxury has now upped the notch after a complete renovation in 2012. The centerpiece of the revamped space is the Laguna Bar, where the chef amazes with his precision in creating Asian-inspired delicacies. The interwoven woods used in the construction give a sculptural effect to the structure built on five pontoons in the middle of the lagoon, reachable via a winding pier through the mangroves.
