The scientific name for the cocoa tree means “food of the gods.” Appropriately, the pralines here are just heavenly. With a different box for every occasion at this chocolate shop, there’s practically a different flavor of praline for every day of the month. Think coconut and caramel, cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg, and hazelnut, just to name a few. A delicate praline may only take two bites, but you’ll while away the afternoon just thinking about it.
