In the heart of Santa Catalina, in Palma’s historic Old Town, lies the new hotspot of the city’s restaurant scene. Javier Bonet opened this iconic restaurant as an homage to his father, a fisherman, together with his partners. The décor, with its blend of art, antiques and unique design, is dominated by eight life-size portraits of the owners and their families. The food combines the best of what the sea has to offer together with innovative ingredients.
