Along the tracks of the historic Sóller railway, right next to the “Sat Fàbrica de gelats” ice cream factory, you can find the best olive oil, almonds, olive tapenade and the fantastic Flor de Sal – hand scooped sea salt. There is a fantastic variety of jams as well – from prickly pear, mistletoe and pomegranate to melon and tomato. All products are ecological and, as the label says (“Made in Sóller”), produced by regional businesses and farmers.
