You enter through a massive oak door, which opens into an ancient coconut grove. It is within the grove that 20° Sud’s 36 rooms and six suites take residence. The rooms feature an elegant mix of antique furnishings from a Belgian design firm, alongside an array of the most modern amenities. The three restaurants (one in the hotel, one on a restored ship, and one on a private island) are decidedly spoil-yourself-rotten. All the coordinates are exactly right here.
