PLATJA D'ES TRENC

With its shallow turquoise water and fine white sand, Es Trenc is reminiscent of beaches in the Caribbean. The beach, which is split into three sections, runs between Colònia de Sant Jordi and Sa Ràpita on Mallorca’s south coast. Visitors can look out at the nature reserve island of Cabrera across the water and the picturesque yachts bobbing around on the summer waves. The port of Sa Ràpita is a maritime centre with some lovely chiringuitos (beach bars), giving the Caribbean feeling a Spanish interpretation.
