From the viewing decks of the guest suites, the African wilderness seems close enough to touch. The bush landscape of Marakele National Park stretches to the horizon, traversed by elephants, giraffes, and antelopes on the way to their watering holes. The style of the 15 suites was inspired by the huts built by South African tribes. The suites and main building, which is made entirely of stone and glass, contain furniture in the Prouvé style that would look just as good in an urban loft.
