This elegantly offbeat 17-room hotel in the business district is just ten minutes from Chinatown. The lobby’s design feels a bit like Austin Powers on a trip to outer space, and the reception desk is located in a silver sphere. The rooms are a bit more subtle, though a type of “space capsule” still awaits guests: A free-standing glass-enclosed shower is located in the middle of the room. Each suite features its own Jacuzzi, and electronically controlled lighting adds atmosphere. Next to the lobby, an elevator whisks guests straight up to the sky bar on the 17th floor, where they can enjoy views of the harbor and city.
