Not far from Montpellier, an avenue of old oaks leads to the Languedoc vineyards and a mansion typical for the South of France. What awaits guests behind the natural stone walls, however, is much less typical. Parisian interior designer Raymond Morel created a consistently modern ambience. Fans of modern furnishings will discover icons from 50 years of design history in the rooms, from Hansen’s Egg Chair to seating by Poltrona Frau. Guests can sample the products from the hotel’s own vineyards in the wine bar as well as in the gourmet restaurant.
