This long-time favourite amongst seafood restaurants is located in a natural bay. Many guests arrive by boat to enjoy the fantastic seafood, while experiencing one of the most beautiful sea vistas in Majorca. Head waiter Jaime has been keeping things under control for almost 20 years to ensure that the “Lubaina a la sal” (sea bass in a salt crust) reaches the lucky diners, who might otherwise be distracted by the incredible natural spectacle of the sun glowing red as it sinks beneath the island of Dragonera.
