The beach lies in front of the door, as does the nightlife, and Ocean Drive and Collins Avenue are just around the corner. Given this great location, a hotel would not have to offer anything more. But The Hotel at the heart of South Beach does so: a sun deck with pool on the roof, for example, from which you can enjoy the sunset while eating tasty snacks. The 53 rooms and suites in the art deco hotel might be on the smaller side, but are furnished in a lively and colorful fashion, and the beds are just a dream.
